Went here for lunch. Was very clean inside. It's a little pricey, but great quality. Everything was made quickly to order. Will be back!

Best Cheesesteaks this side of Philly (maybe even there also!) Don't take my word for it, try them out and thank me later. Friendly staff, authentic food, great atmosphere, quick service, great prices. Richie is the best! Update - The best just got better with their pizza! Best pizza in town!

The best cheesesteak in Florida - hands down! The bread is super soft and fresh, the cheese is mixed throughout the sandwich so you don’t have some dry part you don’t want to eat, and the portion is generous.

The food is absolutely delicious but the service sucks told us order would be ready in 10 minutes 40 minutes later still wasn't ready

Everything about this place rocks!The wait is up front and worth it...took only twenty minutes...unless you order in advance.The homemade potato chips were the best!We took a menu home.As a vegetarian.. mostly raw vegan, it'll just be fries and chips for me.But my fellas will repeat often.

Horrible Waiting Experience! I got a GrubHub order from this location ans when I got there, I did not feel safe parking my car in the lot when I noticed many shady men standing around, smoking [stuff] and just cursing the staff because their orders took longer than expexted. For the record, my order wasn't ready when I got there so I hid in my car until I heard my name shooted out loud telling me my order was finally ready. When I got there and stood outside the kicthen window, I watched the cooks in the kitchen, and what I saw was disgusting. No gloves, no masks, frozen meat, precooked fries in a pot on the ground next to chicken wings.IMO the people who order food from here actually pay to get sick from these nasty joints!!! If I were a food inspector, I'd close this place down INSTANTLY! Richie’s Cheesesteak sucks!

I LITERALLY COULD EAT HERE DAILY!!! My husband is out of town so I treated myself as I/ we often do!! This is our go 2 if Im not cooking! We appreciate the staff and our amazing food!! Just mouth watering. Time and time again. Never dissatisfied. THANK YOU RICHIE AND STAFF!!

I've been to Richie's more than once. The cheesesteak with onions, provolone, and mustard are my favorite. But every sandwich I've ordered has been delicious. Also if you're looking for good, hot, homemade potato chips and are tired of the burnt, ugly, tasteless pub chips you get from those big chain places try Richie's. So good!

Saw this place on a local news channel. Decided to take a drive out and give their Cheesesteak a try. It was worth the trip! Wonderful cheese steak sandwiches!

The food was good. The pizza was amazing with a nice thin crust and an authentic taste that I would expect from New York style. The wings were a bit weird. I ordered hot but they tastes sweet almost like a Thai chili but I don't think that is even offered. Also, I came around 1:30 and it was packed. It took 45 mins. to get my food even with dining in. The pizza is well worth the wait but but my cheese steak and wings were not.

Got 2 large gyros and there was no flavor at all and for price it should have been bigger. The pita was chewy not soft like they are supposed to be. Won't be getting a gyro from there ever again.

We've been eating at this place for over a year and absolutely loved the food however tonight's visit was the last. We called in our order at 4:55. Were told 40 to 45 minutes. We arrived at 5:45 and when 6 rolled around I went to see where my food was and they said they were working on it 10 minutes later I went up to find out where it was and they were still working on it. The lady behind the counter was very rude to me when I asked for a refund in the manager came over or the owner whichever it was is said give his money like he could care less whether I was a customer not. I honestly think they don't put your order in until you get there and it's definitely not in the order in which phone orders came in. Customer service in this place has gone downhill seriously I'll not go back

I had a cheesesteak with mushrooms and banana peppers. It was really delicious! My husband had hot wings those were delicious also. The staff was great also. They closed @ 9 on Friday. I didn't think I would make it before they closed, but one of the staff members told me to come they would have my food ready. I will be back again!

I love Richie's Cheesesteak and in fact I had one today with onions, peppers, and mushrooms and needless to say it was extraordinary. My wife doesn't care for meat and she always gets a tuna sub with cheese, black olives, and pickles and it's so big that she actually gets 4 meals out of one large sub. You can't beat that. I only get 2 meals out of a large sub but that's okay... sometimes the half in the fridge calls to me and I have to eat it. And folks, even reheated in the microwave it's delicious. What more can I say.

I still haven't found another Cheesesteak any better

Tried calling to place an order 3 times. Got a message telling me to keep trying. On my 4th attempt was put on hold for over 15 minutes. I hung up and called again. Girl answered ready to take my order???Before I even begin I was informed it was over an hour wait.I am so glad their business is booming after all the great publicity on the Save Hernando County Restaurant Facebook page the last few months. Maybe they should hire more people with less attitudes to handle the influx.As for me and my family, we will stay with our favorite place that treats us with some appreciation.

I’ve gotten the cheese steak with a side of taziki a million times, which is addictive.Tonight we also got wings and a pizza from Grubhub. Everything was delicious!

We tried the pizza for the first time, we ordered just a plain pie with extra cheese and light on the crust, not burnt, well..... Needless to say, we won't be ordering pizza ever again from here. It was gross!! No extra cheese, and very dark and over cooked, maybe even old?? I will stick to always ordering their yummy cheese steaks 😋

This place is fantastic!! The sandwiches are amazing. Obviously, the cheese steak is amazing. But, the gyro was great too! Reminded me of the fat juicy ones I used to get when I lived in Illinois! The pizza was a little pricey, but when I saw how huge it was, I was happy! Only complaint is that I did not get extra sauce when I paid for it. But, all in all, this place is very high on my recommended list of "must eat here" places in this area!

I showed up to order, the food looked and smelled amazing. But it was so busy....I couldn't even place my order. I heard the chef cussing so I thought I should leave to decrees the chaos. :-(

The cheese steak bread is too soft alot like sandwich bread. I don't know what kind of cheese they were using but something didn't a tast right.

Best Cheesesteak I have ever had & I've had in Florida (living here 17 years), New York (grew up in Brooklyn & further out on L.I.) & Pennsylvania (State College). Fabulous. Was given a slice of Pizza to try & it was delicious. These people know how to cook!! Next time I'm here, I'll try the Pizza 18" and Wings. Prices are very reasonable & I'll try something new every time I come here. KEEP THIS PLACE IN BUSINESS!!!!

Never had anything bad from there amazing philly's to Italian subs, Reuben, tuna,pizza it's all great!!

The food is really awesome here. Me and my partner do really visit here whenever we are near by this place.It's worth to drive here in Tampa bay area. Pizza was good, thin crispy and flavorful. We enjoyed it.

The portions are great. They are a bit pricey, but I'm happy to pay when it tastes that good. I am only speaking of the cheesesteaks because that's the only thing I go there for.

The food is great but the wait sucks they tell you it will be ready in one hour and a hour and a half later you get your food .

Good cheese steak. Be prepared to wait a little compared to facilities with larger kitchens. Little pricey for portions. Clean, dining area, friendly staff. Will return.

You shouldn't have to wait an hour for a sub, and see people who came in after me get thier order, and it wasn't pick up. . So now I have to say something.. I know for a fact that a little more organization in the back , would speed up Time a customer waits.The sub was good 👍

I have a concern about one of your cashiers I believe she is new cuz I don't remember seeing her before. She seems to always want to rub her finger across her nose she does it every 10 seconds. That doesn't look good for somebody who is handling food. She may need some coaching

I have gotten good cheesesteaks here in the past, but the last 2 times that I went here they weren’t hot and I had to heat them up in the oven and weren’t very good. I think that the sandwich sat for at least 10 minutes before my order was brought to me because I used to always get hot food and now it’s subpar because it isn’t hot. I doubt that I will go back.

Walked up to door , followed arrows, asked for a menu.Got serious attitude from lady who was working inside.I tried to explain the " other" door had an arrow directing me to that door.So after waiting on hold for nearly 45 min. The person finally picks up the other line and informs me it would be another hour before we would be helped.So I would sit in the parking lot with my motor running for two hours or more.Nope went to Pizza Villa instead and even though they are jammed out the door into the parking lot .Still got my order in 35 minutes. And it was perfect.

Absolutely delish! I had the steak pizza sandwich (small), Hubby had the cheesesteak with sweet peppers (large). Both were really enjoyed and each was enough for two meals a piece.

The BEST cheesesteak ever! I recently had their pizza for the first time. Amazing! Will be ordering every week. Can't go wrong with Richie's!!
